St. Luke's Staff Update
We come to you today with two staff updates. First, Amy Winslow, Director of Missions, is retiring in August. We are so grateful for Amy's service, leadership, energy, and passion, which she used to pivot programs during the pandemic, start big initiatives like the Grow it Forward micro farm, Drive it Forward car ministry, food distributions, and more. Our Missions team says her "superpower" is bringing people from all walks of life to serve with St Luke’s. Although she's retiring, she will still use her gifts as a volunteer in some of our Mission ministries. Congratulations, Amy!
Second, Caryn Royer has accepted a position as a Project Coordinator for Imagineering at Disney, and will be leaving the staff this month. Caryn has been an integral part of the staff in her position as Director of Adult Engagement, working with our DEI Committee and the UMC as a whole, and coordinating events with community leaders that fulfill St. Luke's mission and vision. She will still work with Pastor Jenn on classes like Sisters of the Soul, and will be around campus as she is a life-long St. Luker. Congratulations on this new chapter, Caryn!
Please be in prayer for both Amy and Caryn's transition into their next endeavors, and for their ministries and volunteers.
