Mabel

Mabel is a picture-perfect mama’s girl - she’s sweet, beautiful, kind, loves kisses, and, of course, adores her mom!

Mabel’s best friends include Ridge, Oliver, and Rafa. When Mabel walks into Camp Wags, all her friend’s tails start to wag because they know they’re about to have a blast!

Aside from her mom, Mabel’s passions include finding new places to escape from as our tiniest escape artist. If Mabel had a slogan t-shirt, it would read, “If my snoot fits, so will my body.”

We are so happy to spend time with Mabel and adore her!

Training Classes

Wags University is excited to announce our training collaboration with Roverchase, one of the most certified and trained teams in all of Alabama. These family-friendly, science-based classes are now available for registration! The Roverchase team is committed to only using science-based, positive reinforcement methods as recommended by the American Veterinary Society for Animal Behavior.

Back-to-School Tips for Your Dog

School season is here and it's important to consider the impact of the changing routine on your furry friend. Dogs thrive on consistency and companionship, so sudden shifts in schedules can sometimes lead to separation anxiety or behavioral changes. To help your dog transition smoothly, providing engaging toys or puzzle feeders can keep them mentally stimulated during these periods. Also, leave an item of clothing with your scent to comfort your dog in your absence. Consider Wags daycare. It's a great place for your dog to get exercise, playtime, and have fun with their furry friends and our great team of counselors.

Finally, schedule post-school walks or activities to ensure they receive plenty of exercise and attention once you're back home. By following these tips, you can help your furry companion adjust to the back-to-school routine and make the transition as stress-free as possible.
