The Pearl to be a Hub for Health and Research
A groundbreaking new innovation district in Charlotte will be a destination for world-renowned research and education. A collaboration with Wexford Science & Technology, Atrium Health, and Wake Forest School of Medicine, the district is anchored by two new buildings including the Howard R. Levine Center for Education, home to the city's first four-year medical school: Wake Forest University School of Medicine Charlotte. The buildings have been designed collaboratively with CO Architects and Neighboring Concepts.
