The Indiana 8th Street Initiative Committee, with the support of SGA, is asking for your recommendations on how to redevelop and utilize the space on 8th Street that links the IUP campus to the Indiana community. Ā
If you have ideas on how to utilize this space, are intrigued by urban planning, or have an interest in tactical urbanism, this is a great opportunity. Ā
The entire IUP community is encouraged to share their thoughts during a multi-day charrette on September 25 (starting at 10:30 a.m. and focusing on general brainstorming and a social mixer) and September 26 (beginning at 4:00 p.m., dedicated to physically manipulating 8th Street to shape participants' vision) at šthe Artists Hand Cafe. Ā This meeting will allow you to brainstorm ideas with members of the committee and community. Ā All are invited!

Check MyIUP ā In the portal, click on the Open Student Dashboard button, click Student Profile, then Financial Aid. Check for any incomplete financial aid requirements, such as signing your master promissory note, entrance counseling, and verification, which may impact your eligibility.
It is essential to check for any potential holds on your account. Holds on your account can prevent you from registering on time and accessing the courses you need. If you have a hold, follow the directions on the hold to resolve it as soon as possible. If you are having trouble getting a hold cleared, reach out to your Navigator.
