San Diego Foundation
Program: Binational Resilience Initiative
Synopsis
: Supportst coastal projects in the Cali-Baja region, from Oceanside to Ensenada. The Cali-Baja region spans San Diego County in the United States to the Pacific side of Northern Baja California, Mexico, between Tijuana and Ensenada.
