On Sunday, October 5, church will be different. A LOT different!
First, our whole church will gather at one meeting time, 10:30 a.m., for a combined, interactive worship service around tables as we celebrate World Communion Sunday.
Following worship, we will gather for a potluck luncheon and our Meet at the Well event. This is a time for us to fellowship with one another, and to hear about how our church, through your financial support, carries out the mission and purpose to which we are called. You simply will not want to miss it.
Click here to sign up for the potluck, and remember to mark your calendars, remind your friends, and set 10 phone alarms for October 5 at 10:30!

We are excited to be hosting the 2025 Georgetown Pride Festival on our campus! This is a fantastic opportunity for Wellspring to extend radical hospitality, create a safe and affirming space, and boldly embody our ongoing advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. This festival allows us to live out the promise of our motto—“All Are Welcome, All Are Accepted, All Are Loved, and All Means All”—in a visible and meaningful way, as we affirm God’s love for every person.
While the event is organized and run by Georgetown Pride, it is also an opportunity for us to live our faith publicly, to build bridges of belonging, and to shine a light on God’s unconditional welcome for all. Volunteers are needed to help in various ways. Let’s show up with open hearts and helping hands to make this a day of joy, connection, and powerful witness.

UMWOW Needs your help!
Our local unit of the United Women in Faith (UMF), also known as United Methodist Women of Wellspring (UMWOW), will be handing out a simple four question survey before and after church services on September 21 and 28 (two weeks!) to get your input on the future of UMWOW: Do we really need (and is there sufficient support for) a formal women’s group at Wellspring?
Please take five minutes to give us your opinion on this question! We will have a table in Brightwell Place and will also email you a copy. Thank you! Cathy Wyman (csnwyman@wymanusa.org)

What is the Christmas Cantata? Once or twice a year, our Wellspring Choir presents an extended musical message at the 9:00 and 11:00 services. It's a wonderful, unique way of worshiping together.
If you love to sing and will be here on December 14, we need your voice in this year's Christmas Cantata! Join us on Wednesdays, starting in October, from 6:15 to 7:00 p.m.
