Imagining our Future

SIS project team and Lean Bench experts have begun working with select Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in focused, two-week long morning sessions.

Over the next few months, groups of SMEs will be guided through activities to identify and recommend strategy for how business should be conducted in an ideal state, independent of which SIS vendor product is selected. This work will translate directly into business requirements which will guide the configuration of a new SIS. Read more about these Ideal State sessions.

We need to know what reports you’re currently using in your work in order to ensure that your data and reporting needs are met by a new SIS!

The SIS project and ESR Continuity Planning teams are gathering the information, with a special interest in reports that use blended (not just SIS) data.
