Vanderbilt’s undergraduate, graduate and professional schools are taking on the challenges of an ever-evolving world with dozens of new courses and programs for the 2026–27 school year. Here are some of the new academic ways the university is preparing students to combine knowledge and vision to create future impact. 

Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management has launched a new Master of Management program designed specifically for graduates of the Hoogland Undergraduate Business Program. Students from the Classes of 2023 through 2026 who have completed the business minor are eligible to apply for the August 2026 start.

This nine-month, on-campus degree helps students build the leadership confidence, strategic thinking, and practical skills needed to stand out in today’s competitive job market. With flexible concentrations and a streamlined curriculum that builds on their undergraduate experience, students can tailor the program to their career goals and accelerate their transition from entry-level roles to meaningful impact. It’s an exciting opportunity for your student to deepen their Vanderbilt experience and launch their career with momentum.

Vanderbilt’s 10th Giving Day is almost here, and early giving is now open! As part of I ⚓ VU Week, Commodore families will come together to celebrate and support the programs that shape the Vanderbilt experience.

- Thursday, April 16: Giving Day is live! Support the areas that mean the most to you and your student.

As graduation approaches, don’t let your senior miss this special tradition!  Seniors who make a gift through Seniors Give Back receive an exclusive donor cord to wear at Commencement.
