FRANCE

The ZimVie TigerZ Academy training program for 2026/2027 officially launched on January 22–23 in Angers. Recognized as the gold standard of education within ZimVie France, this program reflects a forward-thinking approach focused on innovation and on preparing both present and future generations to take part in the development of education within our company. These sessions are designed to support young dental practitioners in developing both their surgical expertise and public speaking skills, guided by experienced mentors. The focus of these two days was on creating impactful presentations and mastering photography techniques to support and enhance clinical communication effectively.

IBERIA

Expodental, which is the Spain’s leading dental trade fair and a key event in Southern Europe, was held on March 11-13 in Madrid, bringing together the dental community with more than 400 exhibitors, 900 companies and over 37,000 professionals from 75 countries. 

ZimVie Iberia participated with its own booth, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, education, and customer engagement in the dental field. Our EMEA and Iberia Digital teams showcased and trained visitors on RealGUIDE features, connecting with both customers and non-customers.

This approach demonstrated how the integration of digital dentistry can optimize clinical practice and improve the efficiency of treatments. We offered a Hands-on experience with dental technology. The ZimVie booth became a dynamic hub where clinicians, dental technicians, hygienists, dental assistants and dental students explored digital solutions in a practical and accessible setting.

ITALY 

ZimVie Italy organized a training course at the University of Verona on soft tissue management in implantology and GBR, focusing on flap design, peri-implant tissue handling, and suturing techniques on March 23.The course, led by Dr. Ronda, combined theoretical sessions supported by images and edited videos to highlight key details. In the afternoon, participants took part in a hands-on session on an animal model, allowing immediate practice of the techniques presented.

The training received very positive feedback, with strong engagement and enthusiasm from all participants

UK & IRELAND

The ZimVie UK & Ireland team was proud to attend the Annual Meeting of the Irish Society of Periodontology 2026 at The College Green Hotel, Dublin. The event provided an excellent opportunity to connect with dental professionals, showcase ZimVie’s comprehensive solutions, and support high-quality clinical education. With strong engagement at our stand and a well-attended lecture programme, the meeting enabled valuable conversations and strengthened relationships with customers and partners. It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm from delegates and to represent ZimVie at a key event in the Irish dental calendar.

CENTRAL AREA

On January 30, 2026, the Central Area team hosted “Dentistry Meets Digitalization – Solutions for Your Dental Office,” focusing on digital technologies and workflows in dentistry and implantology.

A key highlight was the lecture “How Do Patients Benefit from Digital Technologies in Dentistry and Implantology?” by Prof. Jan-Frederik Güth. Additional contributions from industry partners covered digital workflows from planning to clinical implementation, as well as modern diagnostic and scanning solutions. With 25 participants, the event provided an excellent platform for personal exchange, scientific discussion, and networking in an informal atmosphere.

Distributors - Implacom BV- The Netherlands

The Hands-on Workshop in Implant Dentistry took place on 15–16 January 2026 at the ZimVie Institute in Winterthur, led by Dr. Martijn Kerver and Dr. Paul Promes. Over the course of two intensive days, participants combined theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on training in implant dentistry. The focus was on improving surgical technique, workflow understanding, and clinical confidence through guided exercises and case-based learning. This course was a cooperation with our official ZimVie Distributor Implacom in the Netherlands.

Distributors -  Droguerie Tamer  SAL- Lebanon

Droguerie Tamer participated in the KSMC International Dental Conference 2026  on January 31st in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

As part of the program, Dr. Jaime Jiménez delivered a lecture titled “Managing Complications from Poor Treatment Plan,” highlighting the performance of T3Pro and T3 implants and emphasizing the importance of proper clinical planning to ensure successful outcomes and avoid complications.

Distributors - Vilem - Bulgaria

On January 31, 2026, Vilem organized an educational event that was held at Top Dental in Sofia, Bulgaria, combining theory and hands-on digital training.

The program featured a 2-hour lecture by Dr. Ioana Datcu titled “From a Single Esthetic Case to Full-Arch Rehabilitation: Guided Surgery and RealGUIDE Software Planning.” The session explored modern approaches to guided surgery and digital treatment planning.In the afternoon, participants took part in a 3-hour computer-based workshop using RealGUIDE software, gaining practical experience in digital workflows for implantology.

Distributors - Alfarsi National Enterprises  - OMAN

The ZimVie Implant System was successfully launched in Muscat on February 11th, bringing together over 60 dental professionals from across Oman. The program featured expert-led sessions by Dr. Naji Abboud and insights into the ZimVie portfolio and workflows by Fionnuala Colgan, followed by a hands-on training session. Hosted by Alfarsi National Enterprises, the authorised distributor of ZimVie in Oman, the event provided a valuable platform for education, exchange, and networking, with strong interest shown in the ZimVie Implant System.

ZimVie Institute - EMEA

A Directors’ Training took place on 26 March 2026 at the ZimVie Institute in Winterthur to plan future courses. The training was led by the ZimVie Institute team with the participation of the new instructors Dr. Mathieu Coat, Francesco Zamillo, Malaury Legout, Dr. Vittorio Farina, and Dr. Pieluigi Battisti, who were introduced to the ZimVie Institute facility and our patented cases.

During a practical hands-on session, the instructors experienced the training models first-hand and became familiar with the available materials and equipment. This allowed for a realistic understanding of the course setup and the educational approach.
