MNPS believes so strongly in supporting teachers’ mental health that, in 2022, our health plan eliminated all cost sharing for mental health and substance use treatment. But you must use in-network providers and facilities to get 100% coverage. When you do, you pay nothing for services like:

Inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use care
- In-person and virtual counseling
- Support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, domestic violence, marriage/couples counseling, child/teen therapy, eating disorders, gender dysphoria and more
- Mental health therapy before, during and after pregnancy
