New Customer Service and Office Hours
Beginning September 5, 2023, 3 Rivers' offices will have new hours—7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Our Big Sky, Conrad and Fairfield offices will be open and Customer Service Representatives will be available starting at 7:30 a.m., half an hour earlier than previously. In starting our da;y earlier, we hope to better serve our customers by enabling our members some time before many have to be at work themselves to speak with or visit 3 Rivers before work. Offices will not be open to walk-in traffic on Fridays. After hours and 24/7 tech support remains available at 1-800-796-4567 or 406-467-2535. |
