Dear Clients and Community Partners,
As we complete our 25th year of proudly serving the Northwoods, we want to take a moment to reflect with gratitude on everything we’ve accomplished together. This has been a year of meaningful growth for our firm—not just in numbers, but in relationships, impact, and the ways we continue to support the community we’re proud to call home.
Over the past year, we’ve expanded our team, refined our services, and strengthened the systems that help us serve you better. Every step forward has been driven by your trust in us. Your partnership continues to inspire our commitment to providing thoughtful, reliable guidance that helps you reach your goals.
One of the things we value most is being a local firm with deep community ties. This year, we were honored to participate in several local initiatives—from supporting neighborhood nonprofits to volunteering at community events. These efforts remind us that our work is bigger than business; it’s about contributing to a place we all care about.
As we move into the new year, our focus remains on serving you with clarity, connection, and consistency. We’re excited to continue building on this foundation, growing our capabilities, investing in our community, and strengthening the relationships that make our work meaningful.
Thank you for being a part of our year. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you, and we look forward to supporting you in the year ahead.
Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a bright, healthy new year.
Warm regards,
|
Benjamin Hauser, President

In July, we proudly celebrated Northland CPAs’ 25th year in business and the incredible journey we’ve taken together. Over the years, we’ve built lasting relationships, delivered trusted financial guidance, and have grown alongside our clients and community. Reaching this milestone is a reflection of our team’s dedication, integrity, and shared vision. We are grateful for everyone who has been part of our success and we are excited for what the future holds.
We celebrated 25 years of serving the Northwoods with our annual Pheasant Hunt at the beautiful Summit Lake Game Farm. A huge thank you to all of our incredible friends, clients, and colleagues who joined us to make this celebration one to remember. Whether you're a longtime participant or a first-timer, it was so special to spend the day together in one of the country's finest upland bird hunting paradises. Here’s to many more years of friendship, fun, and fine hunting! We’re already looking forward to next year.

Growing Northland Families |
Bryan and Jenny Kronberger were extremely excited to welcome the newest addition to their family this year! Baby Spencer arrived in August and is already his big sister’s favorite companion! We are all confident Bryan will have both of his children playing hockey in no time!
|
Matt and Nicole Whalen welcomed their fourth child this year! Baby Leo was born in July. His older siblings are smothering him with love and attention. It is only a matter of time until he is in the woods with dad and his older brothers chasing whitetails!

Tomahawk Builders Supply
For over 50 years, the current owners of Tomahawk Builders Supply have been supplying quality lumber and building materials to Tomahawk and the surrounding area. Our business has changed drastically over those years. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to sell quality products, provide excellent service, and treat our customers as we would want to be treated.
We stock many more and different products now compared to 50 years ago. For example, treated lumber was not a stock item, and now we carry over 80 SKUs of it. Siding, doors, windows, and trim were not sold prefinished; and most doors were not prehung. Decks were very limited, and nothing in composite, treated, or prefinished.
The old buildings that came with the original purchase burned to the ground in October of 1982. We spent the next year operating in temporary quarters adjacent to the property, and having new buildings built.
Our business has grown tremendously since those days. Our accounting needs have also expanded significantly. We worked with Edwards Accounting until he retired and sold to Northland. The team members at Northland CPAs have been great advisors. Northland CPAs has been accurate, helpful, and has acted as a partner in our business, helping to keep us profitable. We look forward to working with them, and serving our community for years to come!
