The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) will host four mandatory webinars in March for applicants intending to participate in IFA’s upcoming 2026 HOME and National Housing Trust Fund funding rounds. Each session is specific to an application type and is required for participation in the corresponding funding round.

All prospective applicants must register for and attend the appropriate webinar in order to be eligible for the 2026 funding round.

Register for the webinars using the links below. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinars. 

The 2026 funding rounds open March 6th, and all application resources will be shared once available on the IFA website.

HOME - TBRA  2026
Wednesday, March 4, 9-10 AM
Required webinar for all potential applicants of IFA's 2026 HOME TBRA funding round, opening March 6, 2026. 

HOME - Homebuyer 2026
Wednesday, March 4, 10:30-11:30 AM
Required webinar for all potential applicants of IFA's 2026 HOME Homebuyer funding round, opening March 6, 2026. 

HOME - Rental 2026
Wednesday, March 4, 1-2 PM                                                      Required webinar for all potential applicants of IFA's 2026 HOME Rental funding round, opening March 6,2026.

National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) 2026
Thursday, March 5, 10-11 AM
Required webinar for all potential applicants of IFA's 2026 NHTF funding round, opening March 6, 2026.
