TCU to Inaugurate 11th Chancellor, Daniel W. Pullin

Historic ceremony honors TCU’s legacy of leadership and marks its first inauguration in more than two decades

FORT WORTH, TEXAS (Oct. 23, 2025)  — Texas Christian University will inaugurate Chancellor Daniel W. Pullin at 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, in the Van Cliburn Concert Hall at TCU, located in the Megan and Victor Boschini Music Center, 2900 W. Lowden St., Fort Worth. The ceremony honors TCU’s academic traditions and marks a new chapter of leadership at the university. 

The inauguration will showcase TCU’s rich academic tradition with a faculty processional, participation from dozens of university presidents and delegates across the nation, and remarks by distinguished guest Gordon Gee, president emeritus of West Virginia University and one of the nation’s only five-time university presidents. It will be TCU’s first inauguration in nearly 22 years, the last held on March 2004.
