Club 29 Breakfast Quail Creek Country Club | 7:00am | Wingspan Room
2026-2027 Co-Chairs - John D. Williams, David Hull
July 30, 2026
Speakers: Martha Beliveau Leonard, Lesli Massad "American Conversation Project"
The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum is excited to partner with the American Conversation Project, a nonpartisan national civic listening initiative led by the National Conference on Citizenship.
The American Conversation Project is a national nonpartisan conversation, bringing people in communities and civic groups across the nation together for recorded, small-group conversations about their hopes, concerns, and visions for the future. The project teaches conversation as civic action and civic engagement as the essential alternative to political violence, placing the lessons of April 19, 1995, as central to our national future.
Club 29 members attending the July 30 breakfast meeting are invited to be a part of this national effort for honest conversations and thoughtful listening about what matters most. The insights from these conversations will be gathered and shared back so people can see not just what their neighbors are saying, but what Americans everywhere are thinking and feeling.

Membership Dues Increase- July 1, 2026
For those paying quarterly, dues increaded $5.00 per quarter, or $365. For those paying annually, dues increased to $1460.
The cost of everything is going up, including the expenses we incur as a club. At the last club board meeting, the board voted to raise dues by $5.00 per quarter. That won't cover all our increasing cost, but it will help. We are looking for alternatives to keep dues down going forward.

Rotary Magazine - July 2026 - for Rotarian Subscibers
Whether he's rallying audiences to fight polio, scale up service projects, or grow membership, Olayinka H. Babalola is inspiring Rotary members to do "better than your best." In this issue, get to know Rotary's new president, the second from Africa, and how he's bringing the dynamic spirit of his home country, Nigeria, with him to Rotary's highest office.
Click here to read your digital copy of the July 2026 issue.
We traveled to Nigeria to witness the "Yinka effect" in action, as Rotary's new president galvanizes members across Africa. See their enthusiasm for yourself in a gallery of images captured by award-winning photographer Andrew Esiebo.
In our annual guide to the new Rotary year, you can explore the backgrounds of all the 2026-27 leaders, including the Board of Directors, the Trustees of The Rotary Foundation, and the district governors.
Finally, we break down recent survey results showing what prospective members say they're looking for. The big takeaway: Rotary has it all and then some; we just need to do a better job of showing it. Find out how in this month's Handbook.
