As you know, the university has announced that it will remain physically closed through Thursday, January 23, 2025, due to impacts from winter storm Enzo. On Tuesday, we announced that the university would be operating under emergency conditions and implementing a High Priority period. During High Priority times, our campus resources are focused on student safety and all members of our community are expected to do the same. Your strict adherence to the Code of Student Conduct is critical during these times. This message is to let you know that the high priority time is being extended through 6 a.m. on Friday, unless otherwise communicated.
For those who live on campus, it is critical that you comply completely with university personnel, including your Resident Advisor (RA) and Resident Director (RD). As a reminder, students are to avoid creating behavior issues that require intervention from first responders, as it is crucial for EMS and emergency personnel to remain available to respond to genuine emergencies.
If you choose to engage in behavior that violates the Tulane Code of Student Conduct during any High Priority time, you should be aware that the consequences will be more severe. Your hearing will be expedited and you will face an additional charge for failing to comply.
