Deadlines

Apply Today to Work for PikeRide

Apply on Handshake by Friday, Sept. 4 to work for PikeRide as a Fleet Technician. PikeRide is a local nonprofit bike share system in downtown Colorado Springs. This role will support rebalancing the fleet across the city. Perfect for anyone who enjoys being active outside and wants to connect more deeply with Colorado Springs.

Spring Semester Away Application Deadline

Students interested in a spring Semester Away should complete the CC Internal Application by the priority deadline of Thursday, Oct. 1. If you have application questions, email Heather Powell Browne at hpb@coloradocollege.edu.

Withdrawal Deadline for Block 5 or 6 Blocks Away

Students approved for a Block 5 or 6 Off-Campus Block can withdraw on Summit by Thursday, Oct. 1 without financial penalty. Later withdrawals will produce a significant late withdrawal charge.

The Office of Sustainability is looking for volunteers to help at the CC Exchange, the on-campus thrift space, during our open hours on Thursdays from 12:30-2:30 p.m. If you are interested, send us an email at sustainability@coloradocollege.edu to learn more and get started.

Join Upcoming BreakOut Trips

Join BreakOut, a student organization committed to direct engagement and learning opportunities with communities off campus on Saturdays and during Block Breaks. These are free and transportation is provided.

Explore Spring Field Study Course Options

As you look ahead to spring courses, consider looking for courses that will take you out of the classroom and into the community, state, or region. In Banner select "Yes" in the Includes Field Study option. In Stellic, click Attributes and enter "Field Trip Course" to find a full listing of course offerings.

Ride for Free

Ride Mountain Metro Transit buses or PikeRide bikes for free! Simply show your CC ID when boarding the bus, or register for PikeRide with your CC email to enjoy 30 free minutes of biking every day. All returning students must reactivate your account for PikeRide by verifying your CC email address to access your membership.
