Have you been here when all the fans are blowing in Goodpasture Hall and Room 10? The fans are blowing because of a leak in the storm drainage pipes.

The replacement of the storm drainage pipes on the West End side of the church grounds is underway.  The drainage pipes are obstructed and blocking storm water flow when there is heavy rain, resulting in flooding to the church basement.

More info to come...

Rise Against Hunger
3:00 p.m. • Koinonia Youth Café

Check out the video if you are wondering what happens to the meals we pack at a  Rise Against Hunger Event.
Rise Against Hunger works in countries worldwide to combat hunger, focusing on communities facing high rates of food insecurity. We provide volunteer-packaged meals and other assistance, often through school feeding programs, to support nutrition, education and health for children and families facing hunger right now. We also partner with local leaders to implement sustainable agriculture and income-generating projects that support long-term solutions to food security and empower communities to become self-reliant and thrive.
Join us to pack 10,000 meals... OH WAIT!! We have finished early the last two years, so this year we are packing 15,000 meals!!
The need is large and our hearts are big!! Join us and bring friends. Blue Monkey Shaved Ice will be here as a treat after we finish!
