Important Information for Faculty Regarding Incomplete Grades

Dear Faculty,

On Friday, the below communication was sent to all students who received an incomplete grade during the Fall 2024 or Winter 2025 semesters. Please note, the initial data report was run approximately two weeks ago, and in some cases, grades may have already been updated to a final grade.

It has come to our attention that students are beginning to reach out to faculty and dean’s offices to finalize their coursework. We kindly ask that you work with any students who contact you to complete their outstanding assignments from the Fall 2024 or Winter 2025 semesters. If you require a Blackboard shell to be reopened, please send your request to Jennifer Fox at JFox@njcu.edu.

Thank you for your continued dedication to student success and your efforts in supporting the retention of our students. This is another example of NJCU’s commitment to being a connected university, working together to help our students achieve their goals.
