   EAGLE ALERT

UNT tests its emergency notification system, UNT Eagle Alert, each month. The next system test will be Friday, Aug. 28. The system notifies the UNT community about ongoing emergency situations and university closings by sending text and voice messages by phone and displaying a full-screen alert on campus computers and presentation screens.

Check your contact information and make updates if needed on the profile tab of my.unt.edu to ensure you receive the test messages and future alerts.

   REC CONNECT

Want to increase your activity level while making new friends and connections? Rec Sports invites you to Rec Connect. This 8-week program is filled with physical challenges, team building and fun activities — no experience required! You can try one event or all of them. The more events you participate in, the more chances to win a prize in the Rec Connect drawing, so check out the schedule to see which events are for you!
