The last day for snack order card sales is Monday, October 20, with online sales open through October 26.

Remind families to enter snack order card sales in M2OS—or decide if you'll enter them yourself. Once a deadline passes, users are locked out. If you're entering sales for families, ask them to text or email a photo of the snack order card. No action needed for online snacks, magazine, BarkBox, Tervis, or candle orders—they’re credited automatically.

When a Girl Scout hits a level with a reward choice, families or troops must make the pick in M2OS by October 26 at 11:59 PM otherwise it defaults to Fall FUNds.

Note: Rewards don’t update instantly, instead they refresh hourly. You may need to come back later to make your selections. M2OS will also send email reminders.

Fall FUNds & Juliette Program Credits:
Choosing Fall FUNds? A card will arrive by mail after the program ends.

For returning Girl Scout Juliettes, their Juliette Program Credits will be added to their existing card, and you will receive a letter in the mail. New Juliettes will receive a Juliette Program Credit card in the mail.

We’re wrapping up the Fall FUNDraiser with something extra sweet-the Ten Days of Jellycats!

Every Girl Scout with at least one sale is automatically entered into our daily drawing for a chance to win a Jellycat plush. Check out the list of Jellycats here: 10 Days of Jellycats.

Confirm your troop’s bank info in M2OS by October 30. This ensures Girl Scouts River Valleys can process withdrawals or refunds in December. In M2OS, go to Banking & Payments, click your troop’s payment row, then click Manage ACH to review or update details.

Remember to direct troops to use M2OS Quick Tips for Troops and M2OS Quick Tips for Families for help in navigating the online Fall FUNDraiser system. M2’s Customer Care Team is also available to help you troubleshoot any issues for communities, troops, and Girl Scouts. 

Community/Area volunteers can't choose rewards for Girl Scouts. Only troop volunteers and families can enter choices through October 26.

Community volunteers can enter late snack order card sales in M2OS through October 26 at 11:59 PM.
