Marion Ball, a health informatics expert, has received the John P. Glaser Health Informatics Innovator Award. The award—given by the John P. Glaser Health Informatics Society at UTHealth Houston’s D. Bradley McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics—acknowledges innovators in the field of health informatics.

| Storytelling camp for ages 9-12

UTA Libraries is offering a weeklong summer camp July 31-Aug. 4, for children ages 9-12. The Legends and Lore storytelling camp will feature opportunities for children to design games, play board and video games, build worlds, experience artificial intelligence, and visit the UTA Planetarium.
