Updated Support Model

Last year, we expanded the OnCore Support Team for Non-cancer studies.  We would like to welcome Du Nguyen to our team!  He will be one of our OnCore points of contact for support questions as well as OnCore requests, training, and other OnCore needs. This will ensure consistent communication between study teams and the OnCore Team, establishing more personalized support that better meets your needs.

We are excited to announce our remodeled OnCore website for non-cancer studies – please take a look!  Our videos and instructions are also updated based on the current version of OnCore.

Participant Bulk Load Service

Are you maintaining participant enrollment in other places, such as excel spreadsheet?  If so, we offer a service to upload and auto-register a list of participants to a protocol in OnCore.  For more details on using this service, check out this link

Keep
Study Status Current

Please be sure to update OnCore when a study opens to accrual.  Other status - such as closed to accrual or IRB study closure - should also be tracked. To update a study, simply submit a request via the OnCore Request Portal.

Remember to put enrolled subjects
"On Study"

To count towards a protocol's Accrual to Date when tracking per-participant, a subject must be Registered, and
