M2OS is your troop’s online hub for the Fall FUNDraiser. You'll receive a registration email the week of September 15. If you don’t get it, check your junk folder or email us at girlscouts@girlscoutsrv.org. Add noreply@mail.gsnutsandmags.com to your safe sender list to ensure future emails arrive.

📢 Reminder: Girl Scouts will not be able to access M2OS until Go Day, September 21.

The first time you log in to M2OS, you’ll be prompted to watch a quick training video—it’s the fastest way to learn the basics. This video will stay on your dashboard for easy access anytime. Use our Troops - M2OS Quick Tips guide for step-by-step instructions. Need a hand? M2’s Customer Care Team is also ready to help!

Add or verify your troop’s bank info and don’t forget to create your fun avatar! Girl Scouts love seeing their leader’s cool, custom look!

Quick & easy steps to prep your troop:

✅ Hand out snack order cards & Family Guides

        👉Need more? Ask your Community/Area Product Leader.

✅ Not using M2OS? Have families fill out the Responsibility Form

         (M2OS users do this automatically at login – no extra steps for you.)

✅ Check your Girl Scouts are in M2OS

         👉 Missing someone? They need to be registered for 2025-2026.

         👉 Make sure caregiver emails are up to date – they'll get a GO Day invite.

✅ Let families know how to collect snack sale payments.

✅ Share the GO Day date + Important Sales Dates.

Each participating family must complete a responsibility form. Families using M2OS will complete the permission form when they login to the system. Families participating in order card sales only, must complete the online Fall FUNDraiser Family Responsibility Form. Remind families of your troop number and your email address. You’ll receive an email for each new form submission. Didn’t receive an email? View the submissions on this report. Use the password FallFUNDraiser25! to access the information.

Here’s a sample message you can send to the families in your troop:

Hey! It’s time for the annual Fall FUNDraiser for Girl Scouts! Connect with me to pick up your sales materials before the program begins on September 21. Register your Girl Scout’s online account in M2OS starting on GO Day, September 21. If you’re participating in online sales, you will complete a responsibility form when you first login. Not using the online system? No problem. You'll complete the Family Responsibility Form before you begin your sale: Online Fall FUNDraiser Family Responsibility and Permission Form . Our troop number is #####. When completing the form, use (insert preferred email address) to ensure I receive an email copy of your form. If you have any questions, let me know.

You will receive an email with a link to register your M2OS account the week of September 15th. If you also are a troop volunteer, you’ll unlock access to both the troop and Community/Area from the same link. Check out our M2OS Quick Tips Sheet for Communities or reach out to us.

Watch for an email with your snack delivery date around Go Day. Snacks (and rewards) are delivered the week of November 17. An email with your timeframe will be sent a week before your delivery. Snacks can arrive at your home, work, or community spot—but heads up, an adult needs to be there to sign off. Update your delivery and reward addresses in M2OS; check out the Community and Area Quick Tips Sheets if you need a hand.

Fill out the Fall Product Materials Request Form if you need an additional supply of items. Troops can join the sale any time before the it ends on October 20.
