November is a special time of year to which I always look forward. Students are close to wrapping up the semester and preparing for exams. We celebrate Veteran’s Day and Rural Health Day during November, and I invite you to learn more about the work the College of Pharmacy is doing in these areas to advance how health care is provided to veterans and underserved communities. You can read more in this edition of Garnet Scripts and in your alumni magazine, Gamecock Pharmacist, which will soon appear in your mailbox.
During this Thanksgiving season, I want to express my gratitude for all you do to make our college successful and extend to you and your family my heartfelt wishes for a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.
