International Education Week (IEW) 2024 is next week! Join us to stimulate deeper cultural understanding in our community and foster an inclusive worldview. The theme of IEW 2024 is #BelongingBeyondBorders, designed to showcase the cultural diversity at USF and highlight the university's distinction as the top-ranking institution in the nation for campus ethnic diversity, as recognized by the U.S. News and World Report's 2024 ranking. We hope that next week offers a space to make meaningful connections with each other and highlights the diversity that strengthens our USF community. We have something for everyone! Stop by the UC and learn about the Peace Corps and IEW. A Peace Corps recruiter and certificate program campus adviser will be there to answer all your questions. You can also meet the organizations and departments at USF that are part of this celebration — meet the Cultural Centers, Center for Global Education, and International Student and Scholar Services.

Former international students return to USF to share their personal stories of success in finding jobs in the U.S. It’s a great opportunity to network with international alumni and get information from those who are currently working in the U.S. While registration for the event is still open, pre-submitted questions with registration are no longer being collected.

While stress is a natural part of life, intentional breaks throughout the day help us recharge. Come practice simple relaxation techniques to help calm the body and mind so you can respond more effectively to everyday stress. Led by Concern EAP.

Join the Learning Center for an in-person Preparing for Finals Workshop. This session will equip students with essential strategies for a successful exam period. An academic skills coach will provide guidance on creating personalized, realistic study schedules tailored to individual needs. Attendees will leave with a toolkit of strategies to approach finals with confidence and focus.

Make sure you plan accordingly so you have enough time to receive your document before you need it. All ISSS requests should be submitted through the MyISSS student portal (log into your MyISSS account, go to Requests & Documents, and select the appropriate icon on the right side of the page).
