OspreyRising has wrapped up the Readiness phase and the project now begins the Architect and Configuration phase. This phase, which is the longest of the project, will last until February 2024. It consists of designing and configuring Workday to best fit the University. The implementation team will be entering data into Workday and continuing pre-training activities and engagements.

Workday testing and training will be ongoing throughout the project. Members of the Implementation Team are participating in training videos and are actively engaged with implementation consultants. Training plans are still developing. Hands-on training, demos, and additional pre-training events will be offered as the system is developed. Have concerns or questions? Email us! We love to hear your input.

| What is a Workday Tenant?
|
A Workday tenant is a secure database uniquely designed for UNF. UNF will build and configure multiple tenants as we prepare to go live in July 2024. Each tenant is intended to have more accurate data as we continually configure our Workday ecosystem. Multiple tenants allow UNF to continually review and test in each phase of the project. We are currently working on the Foundation tenant which is an exciting step in our project!
