Dear ,

The Food and Beverage team is looking forward to officially welcoming our Members back to the Alpine Clubhouse for ski season. While we wait for the snow to fly and Stowe Mountain Resort to open, we will open today and through the weekend with breakfast and lunch service to accommodate our Members around the holiday. Our first dinners of the season will be offered this Friday and Saturday- reservations are available!  Be among the first to savor our new must-try dishes that paired with our comfort food classics that the culinary team has taken to a new level. We will re-evaluate The Club’s operations for next week based on Stowe Mountain Resort status. Once the mountain opens, we will roll into our traditional 7-day operations.

Start your day slopeside with a well-balanced breakfast at the Clubhouse. Enjoy a full à la carte menu featuring buttermilk pancakes, avocado toast, healthy smoothies, huevos rancheros, omelets, and more! For added convenience, our Member Express Breakfast offers ready-to-eat breakfast sandwiches, burritos, overnight oats, cereals, coffee, and tea.

Refuel midday with Vermont’s best slopeside lunch. Begin your meal with starters like smoked Cabot cheese fondue with crispy potatoes, spicy Tom Kha steamed mussels, or winter crudités paired with Green Goddess dip. This season, we are proud to feature Vermont Wagyu for our Member Burger, complemented by buns and sourdough breads from Klinger's Bread Co. Popular favorites like the Poke Bowl and the Quinoa Bowl are back, with a few exciting enhancements!

End your day with a relaxing Après or Dinner with your friends and family. Dinners are served most Fridays, Saturdays, and during peak periods. Start with shareable Arctic Char Rillettes or a bowl of Celeriac Soup, then indulge in the decadent Harissa Venison Rack with Black Currant Bordelaise. Conclude your meal with our Marcona Almond & Maple Caramel Torte or an Affogato. The dinner menu will be updated monthly with seasonal updates.

For the junior Members in your party, we offer customizable noodle and rice bowls alongside improved hand-breaded, antibiotic- and preservative-free chicken tenders, slider burgers, and a BLT. A variety of fresh fruits and vegetables will keep your young adventurers fueled and ready for the mountain.

Of course, complement your dining experience with a selection from our signature cocktails, local beers on tap, or extensive wine list. Highlights include our custom-blended Barr Hill Gin and local IPAs from Hill Farmstead, Ten Bends, and Lawson’s Finest Liquids. Mark your calendar for our Wine Club Open House on November 30th, open to all Members—registration is now available!

Your safety and preferences are our priority. Please notify your server of any food sensitivities or allergies so we can add this information to your Member profile and better anticipate your needs.

You can view our current menus on the Club Dining Page. Weekly dinner specials, holiday updates, and event details will be shared in our weekly Member emails. Missed an email? Check the News Feed section on the Member Central Page to stay up to date.
