APPROPRIATIONS UPDATE
The House originally planned to take on four bills this week, but two have been pulled from consideration: the Agriculture-FDA and Financial Services funding which came before the House Rules Committee Monday. Advancing to the floor for debate today are the Energy-Water and Interior-Environment funding bills. The Labor-HHS-Education, Commerce-Justice-Science and Transportation-House and Urban Development funding bills are scheduled for next week, with anticipated challenges. This Thursday, the Senate is expected to take up the Commerce-Justice-Science, Interior, State and Foreign Operations, and Transportation-HUD bills.Â
