Westminster Begins First 3H-Funded Neighborhood Improvements |
Westminster residents are beginning to see the impact of their vote on Ballot Measure 3H, which raised sales tax by 0.4% in 2026 to fund emergency services and repave neighborhood streets. The City just launched its first repaving project using Paramedics and Pavement funding in Historic Westminster's Apple Blossom neighborhood, marking a significant milestone in the City's commitment to investing directly in neighborhood infrastructure.

Early-Season Watering During Drought Watch |
As the City and residents work together to conserve water during Drought Watch, a reminder that most lawns only need watering once a week this early in the season. Submit a Project or Program Request |
The City welcomes requests for programs and projects from community members to be considered for funding in the 2027 budget process. We accept requests for:
- Projects: one-time improvements to the community, such as missing sidewalk connection, trail connection, or crosswalk improvement
- Programs: an ongoing commitment to the community
- Additional resources to an existing program or project
Submit your request by Friday, May 22.
Staff will review the requests to determine the feasibility, coordination with other projects, and anticipated cost for the requests, and present information to City Council. The requests and staff recommendations will be included in the "Community Requests" section of the budget. Council's decision on these requests will be reflected in the 2027 Adopted Budget document.
