Water Main Break - Follow Up Message From The Office of the Registrar

A water main break in Hoboken has caused service disruption on lower campus south of the Schaefer Center. All daytime classes beginning 10 am or later will be held remotely. A further communication will be sent regarding evening classes later today. Teaching lab classes and lab research involving chemicals must be suspended effective immediately, until further notice. All staff who can work remotely should do so.

At this time, Rocco, Altorfer, River Terrace Dorms, Babbio, Burchard, McLean, EAS, Davis, Walker, MPK are affected. DO NOT use restroom facilities in these buildings on lower campus -- use facilities in other unaffected buildings instead. We will be arranging for portable restroom facilities and will provide an update.

At this time, dining facilities have not been impacted.
