Rapid Time Entry Sunsets

Rapid Time Entry will be removed from the CMS HR menu for all users as of Friday, October 13, 2023.
Why?
- Mid-month paid employees enter their own time in the Self-service module.
- Timekeepers may enter time on behalf of an employee in the Timesheet module.
Why now?
- Rapid Time Entry is no longer utilized since online timesheets are available.
- Inactivating Rapid Time Entry prepares Sac State for the common environment that will be available in the CSU Common Human Resources System (CHRS).
What if we don't?
- Timekeepers may enter time in the incorrect screen of CMS HR.
