Partners For Kids’ NCQA Survey Results
Partners For Kids is proud to announce we have successfully retained our three-year accreditation status following the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Credentialing Accreditation renewal survey. This rigorous survey, spanning three months, involved a comprehensive review of our policies, procedures, reports, and credentialing practices, to ensure we meet NCQA’s high standards. This accreditation status is the highest category awarded, demonstrating our commitment to excellence in credentialing and the integrity of our provider network.
A special thank you to the Partners For Kids Credentialing team, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and Dayton Children's Hospital for their continuous accuracy, timeliness, and precision. This achievement reaffirms our responsibility to the healthcare community and reinforces the trust placed in us by Ohio Department of Medicaid and our contracted health plans.

Cultural Ambassadors
Does your practice have a unique patient population? Are you currently working on a quality improvement (QI) project? If so, consider appointing a cultural ambassador to your team. This can be a current staff member or someone from the community who can focus on building trust within the unique patient populations. Cultural ambassadors can educate providers and staff about cultural norms, values and potential barriers to care. This helps advocate for the patients, families and their cultural perspectives, while improving health equity. To discuss more, please contact Provider Relations at PFKProRelations@childrensdayton.org.
