Your input will directly inform how we enhance training, resources, and support moving forward.
We also extend our deepest appreciation to the Workday project team, the Department of Human Resources, IT partners, and the Change Advocate Network, who dedicated countless hours to planning, testing, problem-solving, and supporting the campus through this transition. Their expertise and commitment made this milestone possible.
While the launch of Workday HR and Payroll was a significant milestone, there is more to come. This spring, we will introduce Experience, a modern, mobile-friendly dashboard that will serve as the primary gateway to academic tools and information for our students. Experience represents a foundational component of our broader transition to Banner, with additional Banner capabilities launching throughout the year as we prepare for full Banner implementation in the Fall 2026 semester.
In October, Workday Learning will go live, expanding access to professional development and training. Workday Finance will follow in July 2027, with Adaptive Planning launching in January 2028, further strengthening how we manage and plan university resources.
Together, we are building modern systems that support our people, our students, and the University of Mississippi's long-term success.
Sincerely,
