Sacramento State is scheduled to go-live in the CSU's Common Human Resources System (CHRS) on March 24, 2025.
To prepare for go-live, specific processes and transactions will be paused, beginning Friday, February 21, 2025, at 5:00pm (PST). Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Personnel Transactions Forms (ePTF)
- Position Number requests
- Staff, Management and Faculty recruitment
Submissions after February 21, 2025, cannot be processed and need to be resubmitted after CHRS Go-Live (on March 24, 2025).
