'Tis The Season To Give Back |
Dear Friends of the Rainbow Rose Center,
The holiday season is here, and with it comes joy, warmth, and the spirit of giving! We are so excited to share that the Center is growing, with new programs and opportunities coming in the New Year, more ways to connect, celebrate, and support our vibrant LGBTQIA+ community.
While the holidays can be a joyful time, we know they can also bring challenges for some in our community. Please remember: you are never alone. The Rainbow Rose Center is here to provide care, connection, and a welcoming space for everyone.
This season, we are thrilled to launch our Season of Giving Campaign, starting last week on Giving Tuesday and continuing through the end of January. Your donations and volunteer support help us expand our programs and keep our services free, affirming, and accessible to all. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has stood beside us through a year of growth and change—your continued belief in our mission makes everything possible.
Here’s to celebrating community, connection, and hope this holiday season and into the New Year!

Ways You Can Help The Rainbow Rose Center |
GET INVOLVED: Volunteer with The Rainbow Rose Center!
We are always looking for volunteers to represent the Rainbow Rose Center at community events by tabling and sharing our many resources in the greater community in addition to our monthly group volunteering days where we give back to other organizations. If you're interested, please fill out our Volunteer Interest Form and someone from the organization will be in contact with you.

Many have asked what we need most for the Rainbow Rose Center. While all forms of generosity are greatly appreciated, our Amazon Wishlist contains the items we plan to use for programming, events and to help us maintain our space. These items have been thoroughly researched to meet our organization's specific needs, and will make the greatest difference for us. We thank anyone who makes a purchase off of our wishlist!

The Rainbow Rose Center is so excited to help the community this holiday season by volunteering with Emily's Care Closet, a non-profit organization located out of York, PA started by Emily, a local teen!
Annually this organization provides personal care items and clothing to local teens and their families including Christmas gifts. In 2024, Emily's Care Closet served over 1,250 families!
As volunteers, staff and board members of Rainbow Rose Center we value participating in and encouraging philanthropic efforts to support our local community. There's no better way to give back than by showing other community organizations that we care about them! Help us support Emily and her team distribute their gifts to the families on 12/20.
