Vaccination Drive Tomorrow

The UTHSC Health Hub is holding a vaccination drive tomorrow, November 3, from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, at 534 N. Second St. Free flu vaccinations, COVID vaccinations, and COVID tests will be offered for adults and age-appropriate children. Please bring your vaccination card if you are receiving a COVID vaccine.

Get your perishable food donations ready for the annual UTHSC Food Drive, Monday, November 6 – Friday, December 1! Food donation boxes will be located in buildings across campus. Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated. All proceeds will go to the UTHSC Campus Cupboard, benefitting the entire campus!

The Magical World of Medicinal Plants

Learn about medicinal plants and plan your future garden at the Health Sciences Library’s drop-in event, The Magical World of Medicinal Plants! Stop by the second floor of the library Wednesday, November 8, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, to view examples of plants used in medicine, enjoy a cup of herbal tea, and participate in a seed exchange. Plus, view the traveling exhibit Renaissance Science, Magic and Medicine in Harry Potter’s World, located in the library until December 2.
