York County officials joined leaders and community members from Dillsburg Borough on Sept. 15 to dedicate Dillsburg’s commemorative bell for America’s 250th Birthday. The bell is one of seven commemorative bells being installed across York County as part of the America250PA “Bells Across PA” project. The Dillsburg bell, titled “Dusk on the Farm,” was designed by York County artist Annelise Vuono and is permanently on display outside the Dillsburg Borough Office at 233 S.
