The whole family is invited to experience this one-of-a-kind show with 16-year-old local magician The Amazing Ace! Ace will put on a performance filled with card tricks, antics, laughs, entertainment, and balloon animals. We'll see you in the West meeting room, located in the outpost behind the library!

You "Gotta Catch 'Em All!" Join Pokémon Club at West to trade cards, engage in battles, and enjoy all things Pokémon! Participants can learn how to make an origami Pikachu, test their Pokémon knowledge, and visit hands-on activity stations. We'll see you there! 

Attention all homeschoolers! Both library locations offer a special monthly Homeschool Program which incorporates educational themes with opportunities to build community with local homeschool families. Join Youth Services Librarian Nicholle Halprin for a seasonal STEM program with pumpkins in Lakeway on Wednesday, October 15th at 1pm. And join Youth Services Specialist Sunny Reed and Board President of Helping Hand Crisis Ministry Bob Dilley at West to make soup kits for local families in need on Tuesday, October 21st at 1:30pm.

Former, current, and prospective volunteers are invited to join us under the twinkling lights of the West patio for sparkling drinks, light refreshments, and opportunities to meet and mingle! 

Born and raised in Texas, Kate Williams began playing the violin at age 7. As a young musician she performed alongside the San Antonio Symphony and was accepted into the Berklee College of Music. Now back in Texas, Kate is a violin teacher and she performs at local Austin venues. All are invited to hear violinist Kate Williams! This live music event is sponsored by the Lakeway Civic Corporation.
