Join us for a Halloween edition of Employee Appreciation Day Thursday, October 31, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, in Health Sciences Park! In addition to free lunch and dessert and a free water bottle, this year’s event will include a costume contest and office decorating competition. Pick up your meal tickets and water bottle Monday, October 28, or Tuesday, October 29, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, in the Student-Alumni Center Gymnasium.

Donate to the Vampire Cup Blood Drive

The College of Pharmacy is partnering with Vitalant for its annual Vampire Cup Blood Drive Wednesday, October 30, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, in the SAC Dining Hall. Walk-ins are welcomed, but appointments are highly encouraged. Donors will be automatically entered for a chance to win one of three $5,000 gift cards!

MMDC Fall Concert Series Kicks Off Tonight!

The MMDC Fall Concert Series in Health Sciences Park will be held today, October 24, and Thursday, October 31, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. There will be free live music, plus food and drinks for purchase. The first 100 UT Health Science Center employees in attendance at today’s concert will be offered a $10 food voucher!

Business Readiness with DASH

Attend a virtual DASH Town Hall focused on business readiness Tuesday, October 29, starting at 12:30 pm. DASH will replace IRIS at all UT System institutions starting in January. Tuesday’s town hall is part of a series sessions to help with the transition. No registration is needed.

Free CPR Training Next Week
|
Register now for the free annual AHA CPR training, which includes how to use the AED devices on our campus. Two classes will be held Friday, November 1, in the Student-Alumni Center Dining Hall, at 8:45 am and 12:45 pm.
Registration is required, and space is limited.
