| Downtown Westminster Springs Forward |
Big things are blooming in Downtown Westminster this spring! Just west of U.S. 36 and Sheridan, new destinations are opening soon, including Aerostat Park, Red Lotus Den Food Hall, and Kokopelli Social Bar. These projects represent a new phase of development in Downtown Westminster and will significantly boost recreation and entertainment opportunities for residents and visitors alike.

| Westminster Launches WATER Task Force |
Residents, business owners, and property managers in Westminster are invited to apply for the City's new community advisory group focused on water affordability, transparency, and long-term sustainability. The task force will advise on water rate structures and conservation programs while aiding the 2027 budget process. Apply by March 26.

Overnight Closure of Sheridan Boulevard
During the week of March 22, Sheridan Boulevard will be closed in both directions from W. 98th Avenue to W. 104th Avenue from 7 pm to 5 am daily. This closure is part of ongoing construction for the Semper Gardens housing development. Local traffic will be available for:
- Waverly Acres and Hyland Meadows via W. 100th Avenue
- Hyland Greens via W. 98th Avenue
- Sunrise of Westminster via Sheridan Boulevard from W. 104th Avenue
There will be a detour for all other traffic via W. 98th Avenue, Westminster Boulevard, and W. 104th Avenue.
Water Supply Line Project Construction Underway
Crews are continuing to install waterlines on Wadsworth Boulevard and W. 92nd Avenue. Please expect travel delays and congestion on Wadsworth Boulevard. To minimize impacts for school pickup and drop-off for Mandalay Middle School and Semper Elementary School, please use Pierce Street or Church Ranch Road to access 96th Avenue. Learn more.
