Annual Election of Board Members  Members — The two-week voting period begins September 25th and ends October 9th at 1:00 PM SHARP! Survey & Ballot Systems, our election administrator, will provide you with a login, passcode and link to the election website prior to the voting period. ALL voting members will receive a $10 bill credit and will be eligible for one of the five $1,000 prizes. In addition to online voting, an in-person meeting will be held this year. The meeting will occur at St. Mary’s Hall in Wien for those joining us in person. Dedicated online voting stations will be available to ensure a seamless and accessible voting experience. Lunch will be served starting at 11:00 AM. The business meeting will commence at 1:10 PM. Members can cast their votes before enjoying lunch. Voting will remain open until 1:00 PM, when the online voting stations officially close, ensuring everyone has ample time to participate. Additional information can be found here. Be cautious with all emails and correspondence — especially those that create a sense of urgency or ask for personal information. Always review the sender’s details and look closely for suspicious signs. If you are uncertain about a message's legitimacy, do NOT reply. Instead, contact Chariton Valley directly at 660.388.9930 to verify its authenticity.  Missouri law requires any person beginning any excavation to notify Missouri 811 at least three working days in advance.
