The Corporate Startup Lab Hosts 7th Corporate Entrepreneurship Forum: AGE of NexT: Beyond Use Cases
| |
On Wednesday, October 22nd, CMU’s Corporate Startup Lab (CSL), together with Deloitte, hosted the 7th Corporate Entrepreneurship Forum: AGE of NexT: Beyond Use Cases, which continued conversations on how markets and companies are being reimagined and advancing beyond experimentation to achieve results at scale.
Participants and guests were welcomed by CSL Director Jim Jen, and introductions were given by Isabelle Bajeux Besnainou, Dean of the Tepper School of Business, and Meredith Grelli, Interim Executive Director, CMU Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship, who kicked things off with the first discussion, 'Solving New and Complex Problems with AI and Robotics'.
Additional topics of discussion included AI Agent Orchestration, Sports Analytics, AI Collaboration, Uncover Analogies for Innovation, and Realizing the Promise of AI.
Participants enjoyed a networking reception at the CMU Swartz Center after the event.
The Forum was part of CSL’s Corporate Startup Week, which also featured an Emerging Technology Company Expo, spotlighting a carefully selected group of venture-backed startups using AI and robotics to address critical industry needs, and the 4th Annual CSL Case Competition—sponsored by PNC—where finalist teams flew in from across the U.S. to compete for $20K in total prize money.
