We hope you are having a safe and refreshing spring break! It's time to start thinking about the next steps. Spring/Summer 2024, Fall 2024, and Winter 2025 registration will begin on, March 19! Find your registration date here!

Students that are within their first-year at GVSU are required to meet with an advisor before registering for 2024-25 semesters. Please get in ASAP to remove the hold your account. Right now is an excellent time to schedule an advising appointment, offered both in-person and virtually. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions or concerns; we are here to help you succeed!

Advising Week for the School of Engineering is Monday, March 11 – Friday, March 22. Below are important actions you need to take:

Review the Advising Summary. It includes information about co-op, the combined BSE/MSE program, and courses/elective options offered during the 2024/25 academic year.

Visit your faculty advisor. The schedule of drop-in office hours are listed here.

Winter 2024 Commencement for PCEC graduates is Friday, April 26 @ 7PM! Students must apply to graduate in order to participate in the Commencement Ceremony. Apply ASAP to ensure you receive detailed event information. 

Upcoming Dates

March 19: Major Registration begins for seniors with 85+ credits! 

March 22: Withdraw with a "W" Grade Deadline by 5:00p 

April 20: Classes End

April 20-27: Final Exam Week

April 26: Commencement

May 2: Apply for Secondary Admission
