May is Mental Health Awareness Month
The current WMU Project HELP critical issue is mental health and it seeks to raise awareness of this important issue and equip you to lead and champion mental health initiatives in your church and local communities. With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, this is a great time to learn more about this emphasis - click here.

- Take Mental Health: The Church’s Response online course to discover more about mental health and ways to help those with mental health struggles. You will have 30 days from the day you register to complete the course and will receive a link that will never expire for access to teaching resources that are updated periodically. Tennessee Youth Venture TeamDo you know a high school student with a passion for missions? Encourage them to apply to be a part of the Venture Team! We are looking for six to eight top-level missional students from across the state to serve on the 2023-24 Tennessee Youth Venture Team.
Students will be challenged, discipled and mentored in a strategic missions lifestyle through a team retreat, Bible studies, and training/equipping opportunities with mission leaders and missionaries.

Through the Sports JAM kit, you can lead your children's ministry to see how missionaries around the world are using various sports to reach people with the gospel. The kit includes a missionary study with videos, Bible study on how we are commanded to share the gospel with those who haven't heard, and ideas for sports themed games, snacks, and crafts...and so much more!

Great Commission Conversations: Denver

11:00-11:30 AM CST
Join us on May 17th at 11:00 am central time for a Great Commission Conversation as we hear from Denver Church Planter, Angel Florez, Riverside Espanol, and then pray for him, his family, and his ministry.
The conversation via video conference will last approximately 30 minutes. You can stay the whole time or come in and out of the meeting as needed. After the live video conference meeting, a recorded version of the meeting will be placed online for others to view.

2023 Denver Mission TeamTennessee WMU is sending a Prayer Walking Mission Team to Denver September 7-11, 2023. The team will prayer walk, encourage church planters, and assist in community engagement activities.
