Erland Construction has been selected by Cimpress, in partnership with Cresa and CBT Architects, to complete a 14,000-square-foot office fit-out within an occupied building at 2400 District Avenue in Burlington, supporting the company's relocation from Waltham. Cimpress is a global leader in web-to-print mass customization and is the parent company of brands including VistaPrint, Pens.com, BuildASign, Pixartprinting, and others.

The new Class A workplace will serve as a collaboration and conferencing hub for Cimpress team members, featuring upgraded audiovisual technology, refreshed finishes, new millwork, flooring, and enhancements to the building's MEP-FP systems. Designed to support in-person meetings and team gatherings, the renovated space will provide a modern and flexible environment that encourages collaboration across the organization.

This project marks Erland’s first collaboration with Cimpress. As a Burlington-based company with a long history of serving clients throughout the region, we are excited to partner with the Cimpress team and look forward to delivering a space that supports their employees and business objectives.
