RCN Showcase at the Spring RCN Leadership Day
We heard your request to learn more about what other RCN are doing and are excited to share our plan for the RCN Showcase!
Beginning with the upcoming Spring RCN Leadership Day, continuing at the 2024 Fall RCN Leadership Day, and culminating with the 2025 Spring RCN Leadership Day, we will be sharing and learning across the RCN.
How will the RCN Showcase work?
For each RCN Leadership Day, we will invite five RCN to present a point of pride for their RCN, such as a resource or tool, collaboration or partnership, coaching structure/process, or family engagement.
The other nine RCN will share an “item” or “artifact” at a RCN Showcase Gallery Walk at the RCN Leadership Day.
Each RCN will have an invitation between now and next spring to present at a RCN Leadership Day and two opportunities to share at the RCN Showcase Gallery Walk.
Next Steps:
Detailed information has been sent to each RCN’s leadership. We hope you are as excited to share and to learn from each other as we are!
