We are excited to announce that the WaveWorks HR Help Desk is now live. Beginning today, employees may submit HR and Payroll inquiries directly through WaveWorks, with requests routed to the appropriate team for timely and efficient support.

Visit the HR Help Desk Quick Reference Guide for step-by-step instructions on how to access and submit a request.

For all other requests, please note the following:

• Requests for access to the WaveWorks system should continue to be submitted via the Access Form.
• Finance (ERP) questions should be submitted through the ServiceNow Help Request Form.
• IT-related requests should continue to be submitted through ServiceNow.

All existing tickets will remain in ServiceNow until completion.
