We have pulled an audit of all broken links across ohio.edu. Please check the June 2026 Broken Links Report for any instances in your own website that need updated. Highlight the row in green once you’ve updated the link. Please update your broken links by July 10, 2026. After that date, the UCM web team will be making the remaining link corrections.

Blackboard and VoiceThread are being officially retired on June 30, 2026. On July 1, Proctortrack is being replaced with Proctorio as the centrally-supported online proctoring software offering. The other planned update is to retire Top Hat in January 2027.

Please keep these changes in mind as you are reviewing any webpages that reference these tools.

The Profile editing freeze is still in place, and the UCM web team is making great progress in the new Directory site. Many of the current image files are too small to display correctly in the new design. If you have not done so, please submit new profile images for your faculty and staff that are at least 800px by 800px using the Faculty / Staff Updates Request Form.

Additionally, the photo booth in Schoonover is available for self-service portrait photos.

Profiles in this new website will have new URLs. Any faculty or staff member who has shared their profile URL on business cards or other materials are encouraged to submit a profile redirect request and we will redirect their current profile to the new one in the August launch.
