LEGISLATION
Senator Pody was proud to sponsor SB 1646, legislation that defends property rights and protects Tennessee’s historic racing facilities. This bill prevents new surrounding developments from bringing nuisance or takings claims against pre-existing racetracks and ensures local governments cannot impose conflicting restrictions that jeopardize these venues.
